Writers of concise online articles find it’s often best to drill down to just a handful of suggestions for readers. Though there are innumerable ways and positions to meditate, I helped a reporter out with just one idea, which she featured in her article about five alternative meditation positions.
As some of you know, I’ve practiced yoga since 2002 and taught since 2006. When I lead students at Claremont Yoga, I try to include meditation toward the end of each class. I am by far not a meditation expert, but I’ve got some techniques and suggestions to help students get comfortable.
